Bozek Rattray Pre-Season Camp

Bozek Rattray Pre-Season
Hockey Camp
Elite position specific training
Get ready for your season!
With 10 World Championships, 3 NCAA National Championships, 1 Olympic Silver Medal and 10 years of professional women’s hockey experience, who better to learn from than these two ladies!

Megan Bozek and Jamie Lee Rattray will be running an elite position specific camp August 19th – 21st at Iceland Arena in Mississauga, Megan working with the defence and Jamie Lee working with the forwards. This camp will create an elite training environment for the week, in saying that the camp will be relatively small so each athlete can benefit the most from each session. The camp will be three days long, each day consists of two hours of ice accompanied with an hour off ice session. The main goal during these three days is to get the athletes ready for their season, so they can hit the ice in full stride. The on-ice sessions will see the girls work hard to improve their skills in their position, this will be done by splitting up defence/forwards but also combining both groups so we can work to get better together. The off ice sessions will have a different focus point each day, some examples would be nutrition, recovery, mental training, off ice training, all things that make a well-rounded elite athlete.

Megan and Jamie Lee have had the opportunity to play at a high level for many years now, and would love to pass on their knowledge as elite athletes.
